WHAT IS SANDBLASTING?
Sandblasting is a special surface treatment applied to exterior facade moldings and decorative elements to give them a natural stone texture. This process allows products to acquire a natural stone appearance while maintaining their lightness and ease of application.
The sandblasting process applied during the production process enhances the aesthetic value of the product and ensures a homogeneous and high-quality appearance on the facade.
WHAT ARE THE GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF EPS?
EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) is a thermal insulation material based on expanded polystyrene that offers significant technical advantages in terms of building physics and energy efficiency. The performance of EPS depends not only on its raw material but also directly on its production density, cell structure, and quality control processes.
Technically, the basic properties of EPS are:
• Low Thermal Conductivity Coefficient (λ):
EPS has a low thermal conductivity coefficient thanks to its closed-cell structure. This feature minimizes heat losses and increases energy efficiency.
• Homogeneous Cell Structure:
A homogeneous cell structure obtained under the correct production conditions directly affects the mechanical strength and thermal insulation performance of the product.
• Density and Compressive Strength:

• Low Water Absorption Rate:
